Creating change through chocolate starts in small villages in a remote corner of Madagascar, 50km from the nearest road or telephone. This is the home of the forest-farm cooperatives. And this is where our cocoa comes from. It’s a unique partnership, where we travel by oxcart to work with them, share their table for meals, and together produce a unique style of cocoa. Through this relationship, and your purchases of our chocolate, we provide the cooperatives with training, equipment and a stable market. And the cooperatives provide us with quality cocoa, and a constant reminder of why we started this business.
