Shipping chocolate takes some work.
- When shipping chocolate between the months of May and September, we will include ice and cooling materials necessary to ensure the chocolate arrives to you in good condition. If you live outside of the Northeast, you will have to select UPS 2nd day air delivery.
- To prevent chocolate from melting, orders placed on Thursday, Friday and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Roughly within an 8 hour drive of New York City, we recommend you select ground shipping for chocolate items.
If you live further away and it's a hot time of year, we recommend you select the 2nd day delivery method. It's a little more expensive, but will enable your chocolate to arrive in good condition.

We are not a professional mail order business, but we value your business and we will carefully package each product you order to ensure it arrives in good condition. However, due to the nature of chocolate, we don't accept returns at this time.
